A picnic lunch may be enjoyed inside the park, or you may return to your lodge depending on your preferred safari pace. In the afternoon, continue exploring the plains, river areas, or woodland zones before returning to your camp or lodge for dinner and another peaceful evening in the wilderness.

Wake up to another beautiful morning in Serengeti National Park and enjoy the quiet rhythm of the African wilderness. This extra Serengeti day gives your safari more depth, allowing time to search for wildlife you may not have seen yet and to enjoy the landscape without rushing.

After breakfast, set out for another game drive across the plains. Depending on the season and wildlife movement, your guide may explore different areas of the park to increase your chances of varied sightings. You may see elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, gazelles, hippos, hyenas, and many bird species.

This day is also perfect for photography, with golden light, wide horizons, and unforgettable moments between wildlife sightings. A picnic lunch can be enjoyed in the park, followed by more game viewing in the afternoon. Later, return to your lodge or camp for your final evening in Serengeti.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning in Serengeti as you gradually begin the journey toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Depending on your schedule, you may enjoy an en-route game drive, giving you one more opportunity to search for wildlife across the plains.

The journey from Serengeti to Ngorongoro is scenic and meaningful, passing through open landscapes, volcanic scenery, and highland views. Your guide will share insights about wildlife movement, conservation, landscapes, and the relationship between the Serengeti ecosystem and Ngorongoro.

As you approach Ngorongoro, the atmosphere changes from open plains to cooler highlands and dramatic views. Arrive near the crater area in the late afternoon or evening. Enjoy dinner and overnight at your selected lodge or camp, preparing for the next day’s unforgettable crater experience before continuing to Zanzibar.

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for one of the most memorable wildlife experiences of your Tanzania safari. The crater floor is a natural amphitheater filled with grasslands, forests, lakes, and a remarkable concentration of wildlife.

During your game drive, you may see elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, warthogs, gazelles, lions, and many bird species. With luck, you may also see the rare black rhino. Ngorongoro offers a powerful final safari moment before your journey continues toward the coast.

After a picnic lunch and more wildlife viewing, ascend from the crater and continue toward Arusha for your onward flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer to your selected beach hotel or resort. The evening is yours to relax, breathe in the ocean air, and begin the beach chapter of your journey.

Today is dedicated to relaxation on the beautiful island of Zanzibar. After several days of wildlife viewing and early morning safari starts, Zanzibar gives you time to slow down, rest, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the Indian Ocean.

Spend the day by the beach, swim in turquoise waters, walk along the shoreline, relax at your hotel or resort, or enjoy optional island experiences depending on your interests. Optional activities may include a Stone Town visit, spice tour, sunset dhow cruise, snorkeling, or a romantic beach dinner.

This day can be kept completely relaxed or gently active depending on your travel style. Whether you are traveling as a couple, family, or group of friends, Zanzibar adds softness and balance to the safari experience. Dinner and overnight at your selected Zanzibar accommodation.
